Serve & Connect celebrates its second year as one of Stand Together Foundation's Catalyst Impact Partners.

Serve & Connect is pleased to continue working alongside the Stand Together Foundation for as one of their Catalyst Impact Partners for two years running. Stand Together Foundation's Catalyst Impact Grant Program is an initiative cultivating a group of the country’s most transformative nonprofits that demonstrate a better way to transform individual lives and create lasting change. The Catalyst program is designed to provide resources for increased effectiveness, including management training and customer feedback tools to help nonprofits grow, scale, and replicate their success.

It is an honor for Serve & Connect to be a part of this transformative program with Stand Together Foundation. We look forward to continuing our blossoming relationship in 2024, and to serving the incredible service men, women, and community members throughout the Midlands area. Together, Serve & Connect and Stand Together Foundation can achieve even larger service goals, maintaining our shared values of dedicative service and support.
